Yesterday morning/afternoon we ventured to the Oatland Island Wildlife Center, an interactive nature program that introduces visitors to the wildlife of Georgia. The center is housed in a huge building, and on surrounding woodland/marshland, that used to be an old retirement home for railroad conductors and is now owned by the Savannah School System. We first explored the center and saw a lot of animals that were contained (i.e. snakes, frogs, rats, etc.). We then continued our tour outside where we explored the woods & marshland seeing alligators, cougars, fox, black bears, grey wolves and much more. We were quite impressed with the number of animals on display and how close we were able to get to them...a very cool place.

Don't Jason and Tanner walk alike. You even captured them in step. Carter didn't seem to mind the "mossy head".
That's awesome you guys are being able to do so much and enjoy your days despite the weather I heard on the Today show! Hey...I ran into a guy that I think was in Jasons class at QT this morning. He recognized me and he looked REALLY familiar but it's driving me crazy because I can't figure it out! I'll e-mail you about it and maybe you can help a sister out!
